Coach Chad O’Neal has spent the past decade building one of the most competitive and successful coaching résumés in travel fastpitch. He has led four elite-level teams, captured multiple championships, and developed double-digit college commits while competing on some of the biggest stages in the country.
Known for his intensity, discipline, and ability to elevate players to their highest level, Coach O’Neal has earned a reputation for shaping tough competitors and cohesive teams built to win.
As a Co-Founder of Armor Elite, he brings championship standards, proven leadership, and a relentless commitment to developing the next generation of elite athletes.
