Reagan “Peanut” Schmitz, a 2027 outfielder from Lebanon, Tennessee, brings elite speed, precision, and versatility to Georgia Impact Premier 09–O’Neal. With a .425 batting average and a .959 fielding percentage, Schmitz consistently impacts games on both sides of the ball.

An instinctive slapper with advanced bat control, Schmitz can drop a bunt, beat out a grounder, or power slap to the gaps—making her a nightmare for defenses. In 134 plate appearances last season, she maintained a .425 average, followed by a strong fall with the Impact, hitting .417 and posting a .491 OBP in 55 plate appearances.

Off the field, Schmitz is a Beta Society member and was named a Softball Factory Preseason All-American. She’s already visited programs like Florida State, Auburn, Clemson, and LSU. With her game-changing speed, elite situational awareness, and two-way defensive skills, Schmitz is expected to be a major contributor this summer and one of the top 2027s to watch.
