Coach Brittany Lewis

Dacula, GA

Coach Brittany Lewis brings a legacy that truly speaks for itself. Over the past decade, she has led three elite-level teams, producing 57 college commits — including 48 Division I athletes — and capturing a PGF National Championship, all while competing at the highest levels of national fastpitch. Her impact extends far beyond wins. Known as a mentor and a standard-setter, Coach Lewis shapes competitors and young women who carry her lessons with them long after the final out. As Co-Founder of Armor Elite, she brings her vision, experience, and unmatched commitment to developing the next generation of elite athletes.

Coach Josh Lynch

Kennesaw, GA

Coach Josh Lynch leads one of the most competitive 2028–2029 teams in the country — a group known for grinding through top national events and coming out on top. His squad has claimed major championships and deep bracket runs at elite tournaments like TCS Sparkler, Top Gun, PGF Florida Fastpitch, and more. Lynch is a builder of culture and competitiveness, developing athletes who play hard, play smart, and rise in big moments. His team’s success reflects his leadership, preparation, and belief in doing things the right way. As he joins Armor Elite, Lynch brings a championship-tested roster and will also serve on the Board of Directors, helping shape the future and direction of the organization with a coach’s real-time perspective.

Coach DeAnn Fox

Pendleton, IN

For 25 years, Coach Fox has poured her heart into this game. She’s built teams, shaped players, and created cultures rooted in accountability, confidence, and growth. Her coaching journey, from 8U beginnings to nationally competitive travel softball, has been a masterclass in leadership and development. Every step prepared her for this moment, and we couldn’t be more excited to open this next chapter together.

Coach Chad O'Neal

Decatur, GA

Coach Chad O’Neal has spent the past decade building one of the most competitive and successful coaching résumés in travel fastpitch. He has led four elite-level teams, captured multiple championships, and developed double-digit college commits while competing on some of the biggest stages in the country. Known for his intensity, discipline, and ability to elevate players to their highest level, Coach O’Neal has earned a reputation for shaping tough competitors and cohesive teams built to win. As a Co-Founder of Armor Elite, he brings championship standards, proven leadership, and a relentless commitment to developing the next generation of elite athletes.

Coach Crystal Dombkowski

Westfield, IN

Coach Crystal Dombkowski brings 25+ years of coaching experience across college, high school, and elite club softball to Armor Elite. A former Big Ten athlete at Purdue University, Academic All–Big Ten honoree, three-time Hall of Fame inductee, and eight-year member of the USA Softball Women’s National Team Selection Committee, she provides proven perspective and leadership at the highest levels of the game.
