Coach Josh Lynch leads one of the most competitive 2028–2029 teams in the country — a group known for grinding through top national events and coming out on top. His squad has claimed major championships and deep bracket runs at elite tournaments like TCS Sparkler, Top Gun, PGF Florida Fastpitch, and more.
Lynch is a builder of culture and competitiveness, developing athletes who play hard, play smart, and rise in big moments. His team’s success reflects his leadership, preparation, and belief in doing things the right way.
As he joins Armor Elite, Lynch brings a championship-tested roster and will also serve on the Board of Directors, helping shape the future and direction of the organization with a coach’s real-time perspective.
