She is an elite hitter at the plate with great hand-eye coordination, allowing her to hit gap-to-gap for both power and average. Amiyah has a high softball IQ, elite defensive fundamentals, soft hands, and is a vocal leader. Her measurables — arm talent, overhand velo of 66 MPH, exit velocity in the low to mid 70s, and physical size — project well at the P4 level. She has consistently competed against 2026/2027 level competition as a 2010, facing some of the most talented teams in the country.

MY FAVORITES
How I came to be # 4
I wear the number 4 because my dad is William Currie the fourth. I love to honor him out on the field because he was the first person to introduce me to the sport I love.
Favorite Quote
“I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can not accept not trying” - Michael Jordan
Favorite Softball Player
My favorite player is Sis Bates. She went to the University of Washington. I like her because she shows true athleticism, she is the player I strive to be. She has outstanding footwork and she is able to make great ESPN plays look easy.
