Ella Grace is entering her fifth season with Georgia Impact – O’Neal and has firmly established herself as one of the premier defensive shortstops in the 2027 class. With exceptional range, soft hands, and a lightning-fast transfer, Ella makes high-difficulty plays look effortless. While shortstop is her home, she can excel at any infield position with ease and confidence. Ella had a breakout summer—both at the plate and in big moments. She was a key contributor in Coach O’Neal’s squad landing a Top 10 finish at the P-5 in Colorado, hitting .500 in that event alone, and played a pivotal role in their 3rd place finish at the Sparkler with her glove. Ella is a true gap-to-gap hitter with speed that applies pressure on the bases and makes her a threat every time she’s on. A two-time Defensive Player of the Year and All-State selection at Northgate High School, she continues to grow her game while balancing the recruiting process—already receiving interest from Clemson, Georgia Tech, Troy, UNC Charlotte, Jax State, and others.
