See what’s next. Stay organized. Support recruiting—without chasing texts.
Recruiting momentum is built in the details: who’s attending which camps, when they’re coming up, and which schools are showing interest. The problem? Most of that information lives in text messages, screenshots, or someone’s notes—until it’s too late.
That’s exactly why we built the Camp Tracker inside the Armor Elite Coach Portal.
If you send the Camp Tracker link to your players (along with your Team Code), players can begin submitting their camp plans right away. As soon as they submit, you can view and track everything in one place:
Camp Tracker (Coaches Portal):https://www.armorelitefastpitch.com/players-camps
How it works
Share the Camp Tracker + your Team Code with your players.
Players enter upcoming camps as they schedule them.
You go to the Camp Tracker, select your team, and instantly see your roster’s upcoming camps—organized and easy to scan.
No spreadsheets. No chasing down updates. No guessing.
What you’ll see in the Camp Tracker
Once submissions start coming in, the tracker gives you a clear view of:
Upcoming camps by player (and by school)
You’ll see who is going where and what’s coming up soon, all in one list.
A countdown to each camp
Each entry includes a simple “days away” countdown (example: in 3 days, in 20 days) so you can quickly spot what needs attention now vs what’s later.
Invite status at a glance
Players can indicate whether they were invited to the camp (based on their selection during submission). That gives you a quick read on where interest may be building and where follow-up matters.
Recruiting tier visibility
Players can also label the school as:
Target
Reach
Safety
That helps coaches understand the player’s recruiting strategy and guide them toward balanced, realistic planning.
Built-in filters (so you find what you need fast)
As camp submissions grow, you don’t have to scroll endlessly. You can filter the tracker by:
Player (see one athlete’s upcoming schedule)
College (see all camps tied to a specific program)
Date range (see what’s happening in a certain window)
This is especially useful for:
planning team weekends around big recruiting opportunities
spotting overlapping camps
making sure no one is missing key exposure moments
Why this matters for coaches
The Camp Tracker isn’t just about organization—it’s about being proactive.
When you can see upcoming camps clearly, you can:
help players prepare earlier (email templates, camp goals, skills focus)
coordinate travel/tournament conflicts more smoothly
track recruiting engagement across your roster
identify patterns (who is attending consistently, who may need support or guidance)
Get started today
If you haven’t already, send your players the tracker link and your Team Code so they can begin entering camps.
Then head to the Coach Portal, select your team, and start tracking:
If your team is serious about recruiting, this is one of the simplest ways to stay aligned—without adding work.
