We’re excited to introduce a new feature designed to make camp tracking easier, clearer, and more meaningful for both coaches and players. This update reinforces one of our core beliefs: no player should navigate their recruiting journey alone.
How It Works
When a player commits to attending a college camp, they can now submit a simple online Camp Attendance form.
From there, the system does the work:
The camp submission is automatically emailed to the player’s coach
Every submission is logged into a master Google spreadsheet that coaches can reference at any time
The camp is added to the player’s individual player profile as a record of attendance
No texts to chase down. No emails buried in inboxes. No guessing who’s going where.
Why This Matters for Coaches
Coaches are managing rosters, schedules, recruiting conversations, and families—organization matters.
This feature helps coaches:
See all camp activity in one place
Track which players are actively engaging in recruiting
