At Armor Elite, every update we make to our website is intentional. These recent enhancements are designed to support our organizational pillars—ownership, accountability, development, and connectedness—while giving both players and coaches better tools to succeed.
Below is a consolidated overview of what’s new and why it matters.
Player Ownership & Accountability
Players can now log in and manage their own player profiles. This includes keeping information up to date and actively shaping how they are represented within the organization and beyond.
All players were sent a log-in email to access their account. If you did not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder. Updates were also made to the log-in process to ensure players do not accidentally create duplicate profiles.
To further support players and coaches, a Log-In Help feature has been added to the site. If there are any access issues—email errors, profile alignment, or visibility problems—a short form can now be submitted and routed directly for resolution.
Player Development & Visibility
Player profiles have been expanded to better support recruiting, recognition, and personal growth. Players can now:
Add up to five external profile links (AGL, NCAA, recruiting platforms, etc.)
Submit highlight videos that display directly on their profile
Add recognitions, awards, and media articles
This creates a centralized, athlete-managed space that reflects effort, progress, and achievement.
Growth Tracking & Transparency
The newly created Player Dashboard is becoming the central hub for athletes. One of the key additions is the Camp Tracker, which allows players to see:
Upcoming camps
Total camps attended this year
Total camps attended all-time
This same data is available to coaches, with additional views coming soon in the Coaches Command Center to allow quick reference by player. This promotes awareness, accountability, and informed development conversations.
Connection & Community
When viewing camps they are attending, players can now also see which other Armor Elite athletes will be there. This encourages connection across teams and helps players feel supported when attending events.
Additionally, a Birthday Tracker has been added to player profiles. Players can see upcoming birthdays within the next 7 days or view them by month. Birthdates are never publicly displayed, but players who have their DOB entered in their profile will appear in this internal view - another simple way to build community and recognition.
Why This Matters
Together, these updates:
Empower players to take ownership of their journey
Improve clarity and accountability across the organization
Support athlete development and recruiting visibility
Strengthen connections between players and teams
Reduce friction for both players and coaches
These enhancements are part of an ongoing effort to build elite systems that support elite standards, on and off the field.
More improvements are coming.
