Before you start
You must be logged in to update anything. If you’re not logged in, the page will not allow edits.
This page is for updating your own player profile only.
How to find the Player Updates page
You have two options:
Option 1: From the Member menu (recommended)
Click Log In
Once you’re logged in, open the Member dropdown menu
Select Player Updates
Option 2: Direct link
Go to: armorelitefastpitch.com/playerupdates(You still must be logged in for edits to work.)
What you CAN update (unlocked fields)
These fields are designed for you to keep current:
Player Info
Height
Date of Birth
Bats/Throws
Positions
Contact + School
Player Email
Twitter / Social
Address / City-State
High School
GPA
Graduation Year
Bio / Personal
About Me
Favorite Softball Player
Number History
Favorite Quote
Nickname
One-Word / Defining Term
What you CANNOT update (locked coach/admin fields)
These fields are locked to protect accuracy and organization-wide consistency. If one needs to change, contact your coach/admin.
Player name / name formatting
Jersey number (current number)
Commitment status + committed college
Rankings (EIS / Line Drive fields)
Player slug / profile URL identifier
Media Section (Headshot, School Logo, Photos/Awards)
This section matters a lot — it’s one of the biggest ways to keep your profile looking “recruiting ready.”
Upload these:
Current headshot
High school logo
Media gallery items: awards, action shots, highlights, recognition graphics, camp photos, and other achievements
Important: uploads save immediately
When you upload:
Your headshot, school logo, and media gallery images are saved automatically right away
You do not need to click Save for media uploads
Removing images
If you need an image removed from your Media Gallery, only an Admin can remove it
Message your coach/admin and tell them which image to remove
Best practices (do this to keep your profile strong)
Keep your positions + bats/throws accurate
Keep high school + grad year + GPA current
Upload a recent headshot and update it when it changes
Add new awards/recognition as they happen — it helps your visibility

Confirm you’re logged in
Refresh the page and try again
If it’s a locked field (or you need an image removed), contact your coach/admin
