How to Submit Your College Camp Attendance

The College Camp Submission Form allows Armor Elite players and coaches to track upcoming college camps in one centralized system.

Submitting your camps helps:

• Keep coaches informed

• Support group recruiting strategies

• Ensure accurate information across the organization

Before You Start

You will need:

• Your Team Code (provided by your coach)

• The college camp name and start date

• Your player name (or the ability to enter it manually)

If you do not have your team code, contact your coach before proceeding.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Enter Your Team Code

• Navigate to the College Camp Submission page

• Enter the Team Code provided by your coach

• Click Validate

Once validated, your team name will appear and the rest of the form will unlock.

Step 2: Select Your Name

• Choose your name from the player dropdown

• If your name does not appear, check “Name not listed” and enter it manually

Step 3: Select or Enter the College

• Choose a college from the list if it appears

• If the college is not listed in the drop down, check “Camp not listed” and enter the name of the college manually

Step 4: Enter Camp Details

• Select the camp start date

• Complete any additional fields (invited, multiple visits, camp type, school tier, etc.)

📌 Timing matters:Please submit your camp as soon as you know you are attending — ideally when you register or pay.

Step 5: Submit the Form

• Click Submit

• You will see a confirmation message once your submission is successful

Your submission is now:

• Sent to Armor Elite coaches

• Logged for recruiting awareness and planning

• Available for future website updates

My team code isn’t working

• Double-check spelling and spacing

• Team codes are case-sensitive

• Contact your coach if you’re unsure

I don’t see my name

• Check “Name not listed” and enter your name manually

• If the issue continues, notify your coach

I don’t see the college listed

• Select “College not listed” and enter the College name

Is this posted to the website immediately?

No.

• Submissions are sent to coaches immediately

• Website updates may occur later and are managed by Armor Elite
