Rebels State Directors Program
As Rebels Fastpitch continues to grow nationwide, we’re building a strong foundation of leadership through our State Directors Program. Each state will have one designated State Director—an essential role in connecting local teams to the broader Rebels organization while driving growth, communication, and culture.
Responsibilities of a State Director
Recruit & Onboard Teams – Introduce new teams to the Rebels family and guide them through the onboarding process.
Be the Connection – Act as the main point of contact between your state’s teams and Rebels HQ.
Promote the Brand – Support and market Rebels events, camps, and branding initiatives within your state.
Compensation & Benefits
$200 per team recruited
No team dues for recruited teams
Players continue to pay individual fees of $40/month
