Having consistent, professional social media profiles makes it easier for players, parents, and prospective recruits to find and connect with you. To keep things simple and uniform across the organization, please follow these guidelines:

1. Profile Naming FormatUse this structure for your profile names:Rebels[Coach’s Last Name]

  • Example: Rebels-Smith

  • Why? It keeps things consistent and easy to search.

  • Avoid including age divisions (e.g., 14U, 16U) since those change as you move up.

2. Branding Templates We’ve created templates for Facebook profile pages, Twitter headers, and Instagram graphics. You can find them here: [insert link]. Using these keeps our brand unified across all platforms.

3. Connect With Rebels Pages

  • Be sure to Follow and Like the official Rebels organizational pages.

  • We’ll follow back and cross-promote your team’s content to help amplify visibility.

4. Add a Link to Your Team Page From your social media accounts, make sure to include a link back to your team page on the Rebels Organizational Website. This helps direct parents, players, and recruits to official information.

Bottom Line: Consistency in naming, branding, and linking builds credibility and makes it easier for the softball community—and college coaches—to find and engage with your team.
