Club events aren’t just gatherings—they’re how we build connections, strengthen culture, and bring our teams together. Show up, have fun, and be part of something bigger.

As a new organization, we’re not here to just talk about culture—we’re here to live it. Every program out there claims they have “great culture,” but what sets us apart is that we back it up with action. One of the ways we do this is through club events.

These aren’t just dates on a calendar. They’re opportunities to connect, to have fun, and to build the kind of network that makes us stronger than any one team standing alone. Camps, Zoom calls, Spring Training, Christmas parties—you name it, we’ll use it as a way to bring people together.

Why Attendance Matters

When we host an event, we expect teams to be there. Why? Because these gatherings create the glue that holds an organization together. They help us build relationships across teams, share experiences, and grow into something bigger than ourselves.

Skipping out doesn’t just mean missing a party—it means missing a chance to strengthen the very culture we’re working so hard to create.

Feedback Is Welcome

Don’t love an event? Think it could be better if we did X instead? Perfect—tell us. We’re not just open to feedback; we want to implement it. This organization belongs to all of us, and your input helps shape the direction we go together.

Staying in the Loop

We’ll promote all our events through the website and social media, so you’ll always know what’s coming up. If you’ve got a major reason you can’t attend, reach out to a board member—so we can at least give you a hard time about it (all in good fun).

The Bigger Picture

At the end of the day, these events aren’t about checking a box—they’re about building camaraderie. They’re about creating a culture where every team feels supported, and eventually, where we’re all working for each other, not just ourselves.

That’s the vision. That’s the mission. And that’s why showing up matters.
